This cake features sugar laua'e ferns.  Laua'e means "beloved" in Hawaiian; what a perfect way to symbolize your love.

This cake's elegant design was inspired by the invitation. The topper was a sugar replica of the image used and the sugar bamboo border mimics the border on the invite.  Truly a reflection of the couple's tastes and personality!

This cake features blue chocolate "tiles" set in a mosaic, hydrangea and vines sugar appliques, and a sugar topper of cattleya orchids and more hydrangeas.

This cake celebrates the couples' love of mountains. Hand painted details depict evergreen trees and alpine flowers. The bride and groom topper is sculpted from sugar and features the couple wearing sugar "snowshoes".

Intricate scroll work, sugar ribbons and a "faux fondant" finish are highlighted by a profusion of spring sugar roses, hydrangeas, cosmos freesias and sweet peas.
