Unique Cake Sculptures

I love being able to create cakes that are unique to the individual, couple or event.   I was asked if I could create a cake that looked like the rock cairn that was used during the proposal.  This is the photo that they sent me; notice the ring box towards the top.

The "rocks" and ring box were carved from red velvet, coconut and chocolate blackout cake.  All filled with cream cheese filling and covered with rolled fondant.
