Dreidel cake...

Yes, this is a cake!  How did we do it?  It's a secret but Maria's very talented and creative woodworker husband had to come up with some very ingenious engineering!

Life is a song.....

This cake presentation was a donation for a cake auction for the local symphony. It features individual cakes wrapped in white chocolate with a handcrafted sugar violin as a centerpiece. The cakes decorative accents are also white chocolate except for the musical symbols which are made from royal icing.

A very special baby shower cake to celebrate the new arrival...

This cake features a hand modeled baby made entirely from sugar dough. She sits atop a sculpted "pillow" cake, decorated with white chocolate ribbon roses, ribbon and lace.

For the soccer enthusiast in your life.....

This presentation features hand sculpted soccer cleats and soccer ball. The soccer ball is accented with sugar morning glories and freesia. The soccer cleats have rolled fondant accents.

A precious sleeping sugar baby....

This baby shower cake was made to match the new arrival's nursery theme of moons and stars. It features a sculpted crescent moon cake accented with a hand sculpted sleeping sugar baby and cupcake "clouds" accented with sugar stars.

Japanese tea set..

For a special tea..... This tea set is completely edible.  The "teapot" was sculpted from chocolate blackout cake,  filled with caramel and iced with Italian merinugue buttercream and white chocolate rolled fondant.  The "bamboo" accents, tea cups, and lotus blossoms were sculpted from sugar and then paintstakingly hand painted.
