Sugar Flowers

For the discerning client these lifelike edible works of art are the perfect alternative to fresh flowers. Unless grown organically fresh flowers are laden with chemicals and pesticides. It is always preferable to use sugar flowers. They are each hand modeled and sculpted, painted and dusted with great attention to detail to produce the most lifelike flower possible. While they are edible, sugar flowers also have the added benefit of serving as a lasting keepsake and can be kept indefinitely.

Each baby is painstakingly hand molded and painted. Different flesh tones, hair coloring and features were added to give each one a unique look. These are then set into sugar flowers. These would be ideal for a baby shower; either as an accent to the cake or as individual decorations for favors. The client who ordered these filled miniature clay pots with candy and then set one of the adorable flower babies on top.
