Contemporary and dramatic this wedding cake features a gracefully winding branch of cherry blossoms. The chocolate branch and sugar cherry blossoms are the perfect counterpoint to a simple background of smooth Italian meringue buttercream.

Hand sculpted kissing seahorses.....
Sugar seahorses (complete with appropriate Hawaiian wedding attire) top this ocean themed wedding cake. Elegantly smooth and simple Italian meringue buttercream provides the perfect backdrop for coral, sea urchins, starfish and shells all made from sugar.
Quilted fondant, pearl accents and "silk" sugar ribbons set the stage for dramatic sugar flower arrangements of roses, hydrangeas, calla lilies and cosmos.
Wisteria Cake
Rustic, yet elegant this cake (a Martha Stewart design) coordinated beautifully with this couple's "pioneer wedding" theme. It features various shades of lavendar wisteria and a graceful grapevine arbor.
